The Ideal in Real Estate
The ideal in real estate seems to be meeting the person who is thoughtfully practical, knows the market, buying and selling. The person connects equally well with buyer and seller and generates a relationship based on warmth and openness. The person sets realistic goals for price and performance and almost magically makes them happen. Impossible perhaps, but an achievable rarity because I met him. And he did.
Jamie is direct, warm, pragmatic and practical. Why direct because he asks what you want and then says what you can get. Warm because he can smile seriously.
